After spending ther weekend in Denver with our granddaughter Lilith, and the kids, Sharon continue our walk with Jesus Christ in HOLY AMAZEMENT! What a blessing our Lilith is, our first grandchild! It got me thinking about BLESSINGS! Pastor John Owen’s said, “We are never nearer to Christ than when we find ourselves lost in a holy amazement of His unspeakable love.” The last episode of the Gospel of Luke first plunged me into the quest to uncover the deep meaning of blessing in the Bible. I kept feeling that though I had read it many times before, I had never truly seen it. I also love this by one of my heroes Charles Spurgeon, “When the heart is full of joy, it always allows its joy to escape….The only full heart is the overflowing heart.” Please listen to my podcast.
