Today I want to talk to you about Pastors. Pastors are leaving the Church in record numbers for various reasons. October happens to be, Pastor Appreciation Month. I had Evangelist Phillip Slaughter tell me he failed as a Pastor because he got tired of being a babysitter! How do you view your Pastor? How do you view the role of your Pastor? More importantly, what is your role with your Pastor? A Pastor is after God’s heart. He is passionate for God’s Word to be made practical to you and he longs for God and the Church to be your spiritual oasis. Your Pastor is a very painfully limited human being, just like you, and he may have to rebuke you now and then! Please listen to my message now.
