Israeli police, heavily reinforced in recent days and due to shortly receive hundreds of additional mobilized reservists and IDF combat troops, began on Wednesday to seal off access to predominantly Arab neighborhoods in eastern Jerusalem assessed to have a high potential for being the source of terrorist attacks.
