UPDATE ON FATAL ROAD RAGE SHOOTING FROM ALBUQUERQUE POLICE:
With the help of our vigilant community and diligent work of the Albuquerque Police Department, Tony Torrez, 32, has been arrested and has confessed to the murder of 4-year-old Lilly Garcia.
Torrez is charged with Murder (open count), Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Assault with the Intent to Commit a Violent Felony, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Child Abuse, Child Abuse Resulting in Death and Tampering in Evidence.
We continue to pray for the family and we weep and mourn at this horrific tragedy……
