Good day to you dear readers. I hope this day finds you well and blessed in the Lord, which I am sure God loves you and is blessing you well. Blessed to be a blessing, we go through trials to grow to levels of giving and with giving comes the test –Will you overcome the thinking process to just give with the power of God’s love alive in your heart that wants to do God’s will?
Please open your Bible to the Word of God with me for this blessing message found in Matthew 25:35-40
35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
“Faith works best when we remember God knows more” is a revelation that God gave me one day; and I was so impacted by this statement of revelation that I put it on a magnet and keep it in front of me all the time! Faith is of the power of God, like the “power of a magnet” that attracts steal, faith attracts the power of God! As steal can’t help but to come to the magnet; The power of God in Jesus can’t help but to come to faith we use according to knowing God’s will. Faith touched the hem of the garment of Jesus! Lots of people touched Jesus that day in the crowd, but faith was the difference in her touch. Our faith has to function knowing God’s will and believing God Can and His will is greater than our knowledge. Faith doesn’t always have the clear picture, but by definition faith is not seen, but hoped for! In Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” And, in Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
Have you found your freedom in that it really doesn’t matter what kind of ground the ministry seeds you sow fall on? All that matters is the love of Christ for others alive in your heart, and doing the will of God that you know according to your faith! If you have a need, what is the faith God’s calls you to? Pray and God will give you HIS answer!
“Reflecting the Power of God’s love” is because of Jesus alive in our heart, we want to do God’s will as a church. I seriously received that answer to my prayer: “God, why am I doing this?” He showed me, “…Because Jesus is living and alive in your heart, and you want to do God’s will.” God’s team is amazing! There is a comma after “because of Jesus,” and a period after God’s will! This means to carry on; don’t stop because of negative thoughts that come to you! Nothing else matters, but faith, hope and love; and of these three, love is the greatest! Human nature alone, without God’s love active through faith, cannot out do, or even match up to the power of God’s love operating through a believer’s spiritual faith in Christ!
I hope this message encourages you in your faith to sow more and more seeds of God’s Love; as God gives you your assignments and you are certain that it is HE who is opening the doors. We can know and recognize our assignments; but it requires faith to show up. Sometimes, God says stop, which God also reveals the time. The Power of “I Can’t NOT do” what is good according to faith in God’s will, trusts God’s Unction -whether God says Go or Stop, Pause or Rest or whatever it is that God puts in your spirit to do. Like Nike, just do what is good and according to God’s written and living Word to please and honor God by your faith. Learn discernment -God really does know best!
Let everything in your faith rest in the freedom of trusting God’s hand at doing the growth! Whether the seed prospers, or not, is in God’s hands; and God looks at and knows every heart! Praise God! God can and will use all things for His glory! Everything is by God’s design! John 3:16 and 17 matter! And, God’s Word is on the Move through Ministries in The Church! As The Church in Christ through Jesus, let’s ride God’s train and share our portions with those God brings in our life, so as The Scripture demonstrates, so do we demonstrate the life in the living Church –so also may we be! Let’s add our portion and be amazed at the power of God’s Love in the living Church; just as it is written in:
Acts 4:32-35
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
If you have a need, know that God has a supply! If you have a blessing, know that God knows of a need! Don’t get caught in the death trap of thinking you have nothing to offer –or that your portion is too small!
Leave the “I can(s)” and “I can’t(s)” out of the equation of your faith; and walk in your assignments in the power of God’s Love with a renewed mindset of “I cannot do”, because of Jesus alive in your heart, and the desire to do God’s will. “I can’t NOT do” is easier faith to do than “I can do” and definitely more effective than “I can’t do”! Faith pleases God and God’s will is good –He has the plan and we have to opportunity on this earth to be a part of it! Money can’t buy happiness, but it sure can be used to be a blessing to someone who has a need. Something small is great to someone who has nothing. And the Joy in the Lord transcends all human understanding, but can be experienced when God is in the Midst!
Whether the need is comfort, by His grace, financial, healing medically, or spiritually –God has sent us all we need according to the measure of faith we have been given; and purpose in which we are called. Our purpose is to be transformed into the image of Christ –and our assignment to operate together in the living Church, where God is in the Midst!
I hope this is a blessing to you as well as to me! God bless you richly according to HIS grace, mercy, goodness, power and glory! Thank you for taking your time out to read this today. I have appreciated the time to reflect and the joy that it brings to me when I have the opportunity to share my portion, whether great or small with you. I have been blessed to say God loves you.
Love in Christ,
