Hey, Need A Ride To Sunday School?

Today, let’s pray for all the parents, teachers, bus drivers, and everyone involved in bringing the next generation to learn about Jesus.

Deuteronomy 11:18-21  Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.  Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates,  so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth.

Psalm 127:3-5   Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.

Father, thank you that the greatest gift we can give children is to teach them about you. You love them so very much. You uniquely made each and every one of them so special. We pray today that they will have a strong identity because it is built solid on who they are in Jesus Christ. We pray they will learn to talk to you, to pray and believe. As they grow in stature Lord, we pray that the Word of God will grow in their hearts and minds. You said to train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they would not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)

We ask oh God, that children all across this globe today would learn at an early age the gifting and talent you have placed inside each and every one of them. For that gifting will make room for them, and bring them before great men. (Proverbs 18:16)

Anoint every teacher across this globe that is teaching the Word of God. For you said in Isaiah 55:11 It is the same with my Word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. Thank you for much fruit today in the lives of children.

Protect all the children today as they travel to and from church. We thank you for giving your angel’s charge over them. Psalm 91:11

We join our faith for the next generation and the generations thereafter that Jesus will continually rein in their lives. Amen
