Choices, Decisions and Peace
Today, let’s pray about the door to our heart, the choice we make and the peace we all can have.
Revelation 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 1:12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.
Father, thank you that you provided the only way to forgiveness of sin and eternal life. Everyone must decide for themselves what they will choose. Lord, we admit today without you we have nothing, but with you we have everything. As much as we desire to see others come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ- only they themselves can choose.
There are a lot of voices in our world today. There is a lot of talk about embracing other faiths. However, the Bible (God’s Word) is the only book that provides the steps to peace with God. Jesus the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of mankind. He is the one true God in which man can be saved. If people choose religion, they have nothing but rules and regulations that will keep them shackled. If they choose relationship, it’s a journey of freedom. For your Word says that You have come to give us life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10).
God today, we join our Faith all across this globe and believe for an outpouring of your spirit. We declare we will see the greatest awakening this land has ever known. For you said Oh God, it’s not by might nor by power but by your spirit. (Zechariah 4:6) You also said Oh God, if we prayed and believe-we would receive. Mark 11:24. Thank you for many coming to know you all across this globe today. Amen
