Netanyahu vows to protect Israeli interests in Syria
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the fourth annual Jerusalem Post Diplomatic Conference on Wednesday that during his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin later this month he will make it clear that the Jewish State will continue to safeguard its interests in Syria.”We will not tolerate the use of Syrian territory to attack our positions in the Golan or anywhere else in Israel,” Netanyahu said. Meanwhile Russian air forces launched a large-scale attack against targets of the Islamic State IS) terror militia on, even as IS announced that it had executed a hostage from Norway and another from China.
