This is the conclusion of this years Thanksgiving message, part 4, on giving thanks in all circumstances. Yesterday I asked you a question, If the only things that you could have today are the things you thanked God for yesterday, how much would you have? Now read that question again….please….I don’t think many of us would have much left! In I Tim. 6:10: “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.” The more we focus on material things, the less we focus on spiritual things and the less we focus on spiritual things, the weaker our faith becomes.
