U.S. intelligence suggests the crash that killed 224 people on a Russian plane was most likely caused by a bomb placed by ISIS or an affiliate.

The U.S. is focusing on ISIS as possibly having brought down Russia’s Metrojet Flight 9268 with a bomb, a U.S. official told NBC News.
