4 to 12 hr. surgery — contingent upon God’s will, healing, intervention — them not losing her, her strength, faith, their skill, etc.
After 15 + yrs, the latest “implanted mesh” available to her has somehow blended/embedded itself into the tissue, organs it was to protect & support.
At any rate, a team of Surgeon(s) must separate above as much as possible — (?) — without further damage, etc.
