We praise God that Albuquerque Police were able to find Caraline! She is Safe! We are sick and tired of thugs running loose in this city and state! We are putting the lives of our children at risk here in Albuquerque and New Mexico with all these thugs raising hell! The Governor and Attorney General must call an emergency meeting of all decision makers and go over the laws of New Mexico line by line, the judicial process line by line. A curfew needs to be enacted asap among other measures that Police and other officials need to fight the thugs! Enough of them ruling the streets and byways of New Mexico. We are not giving our children the protection they deserve! We are not giving our Law Enforcement the support they need to win this war, and yes it is war! Many are just hoping this is going to go away. I pray that the Governor and Attorney General and the Legislature do not have their heads buried in the sand on this issue, and think that their ceremonial type meetings and media clips will satisfy the public outcry on this issue. It is just not going away……It is time to take our City and State back from these thugs! I think it is time to bring back prison camps and chain gangs! The present system is a failure.

MISSING CHILD ALERT
PLEASE CALL POLICE IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THIS CHILD
At approximately 8:26 p.m., a vehicle was stolen from the Smith’s parking lot located at 6001 lomas Blvd NE. A mother stepped out of her vehicle and offender took the opportunity to jump in the vehicle and steal it. When the vehicle was taken, the mother’s three-year-old child was buckled up inside. We located the vehicle near Carlisle and Menaul, but the child was not in it. We are currently in the efforts of a massive search to find this three-year-old girl.
The child’s name is Caraline. She’s approximately 3 1/2 feet tall, she’s wearing a purple jacket, black boots and she has black hair in a ponytail.
Description of the offender: 5’11” to 6′, medium to heavy build, possibly Hispanic, when wearing a black puffy jacket with blue jeans.
If you see her or if you know where she is please call police. APD and the child’s family is asking for help from the public tonight. Thank you.
