This Just in: Homicides Increase 35% in Albuquerque The video of the Albuquerque 3-year-old Caraline Leon-Alcocar being rescued by APD Officer Chris Poccia just breaks my heart! How many more images of crime scenes is New Mexico going to have to see before it changes??? For heavens sake! I am sick and tired of this! It is time to end the talk and take action against these thugs! It is time for New Mexico to take back our state from these thugs! They have overrun the state, especially Albuquerque. Instead of photo opps and ceremonial press conferences, it is high time for an emergency meeting of the Governor, Attorney General, Law Enforcement officials, Prison officials and Judges. I am tired of children being at risk in this state! I am tired of everyone being at risk! Some folks from my home state of Minnesota where traveling through Albuquerque last week and while they slept in their Hotel room, some thug or thugs stole their trailer filled with their belongings! They say they will never comeback to Albuquerque, as the Police told them it is a very dangerous place and things like this happen here constantly. New Mexico is under siege with crime, with all the killings, from the shooting deaths of 4-year-old Lilly to Officer Webster, I would think we would have seen action by now by Officials. The Mayor of Albuquerque and City Council have allowed the Police Force to dwindle in staffing. Shame! I would consider asking the Governor help, such as the National Guard coming in to aid the Police. Some will say that is a drastic measure, yes it is, but constant murders and other crimes in Albuquerque call for drastic measures. Nothing is changing despite all the “nothing noise” coming out of the Governor’s office, Attorney General’s office, Mayor’s Office…..just photo opps. Not only am I filing a complaint here, but my automatic solution is beef up patrols in Albuquerque with the National Guard. Very simply the Albuquerque Police Department is very understaffed and the Mayor and Council need to be held accountable for this failure, which has resulted in more violent crime. Too few Albuquerque Police and not enough State Police. Shame. Our Law Enforcement Officials need help, not berating like the Governor gave Santa Fe Police the night of her beer and pizza party.
Albuquerque Police Officers should not travel alone anymore. Two in a squad car should be mandatory. The Mayor and Council must do all they can to support our Officers and protect them and the citizens of the city. Instead of spending millions on the Convention Center and other cosmetic projects, why not invest in our Police Officers and Public safety?
I am also sickened that New Mexico continues to kill babies through abortion. How can the Governor, Attorney General, Legislature and all officials let this Continue?
I do not know how these people sleep at night.
What are you folks thinking? That God does not know?

God is not happy with the way we here in New Mexico put our children in harm’s way.
Please watch the movie WAR ROOM, New Mexico needs Jesus, The call up of the National Guard is to be only temporary to help bring immediate order to New Mexico, as hearts need to be changed, lives given to our Lord Jesus Christ. Only Jesus can change this situation of violence.
I pray for action to be taken today, it may help save one life.
We all are at fault as to the society we have created here in New Mexico.
I will close with this……..Battle lines are already being drawn up for the upcoming Legislative session, I do not look for any solutions to come out of the Roundhouse, these folks cannot agree on anything. The great Ronald Reagan used to pal around with top Democrat Tip O’Niel, that is how the Gipper got things done, but these Democrats and Republicans in New Mexico seem to only know one thing, DIVISION, not the common folks interest.

ALBUQUERQUE — A man was arrested for leaving his four year old with two drunk men on New Year’s Day.
Albuquerque Police say they found the four year old crying outside with no jacket at the Deluxe Inn Motel near Central and Tramway Friday evening.
The two men who were supposed to be taking care of her were passed out drunk.
APD tracked down her dad Isaac Valenski.
According to a criminal complaint he told police he knew at least one of the men had a drinking problem but left anyways to “go hustle”.
Valenski was arrested for child abuse and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
ALBUQUERQUE — Albuquerque police say a man tried to carjack a vehicle with a passenger inside, dragging the car’s owner. Valerie Valdez had run into a drug store while her friend waited in the car. Valdez says she then saw someone get into the driver’s seat of her car. The suspect backed up the car, and dragged Valdez for 10 feet. Three store employees then pinned the suspect down until police arrived.
ALBUQUERQUE — Bernalillo County deputies have arrested two men in the killing of a 60-year-old man.
20-year-old Andrew Romero and 33-year-old Steve Salazar have been booked murder and conspiracy charges.
According to a criminal complaint, Floyd Mascarenas’ sister came home Thursday night and found her brother lying in a pool of blood.
She called authorities, who pronounced Mascarenas dead. Neighbor’s Romero and Salazar were later arrested.

Hi Dewey, I cannot agree with you more concerning the state of Albuquerque. It seems almost out of control if not out of control. We are talking general crime, and we have not EVEN seen any threat from terrorists yet! This city is in SERIOUS trouble and few recognize it! Yet Christians can sit back and act just like the world. I DON’T get it!! Late term abortion, murder and violence, on and on and the churches party hearty, anything wrong with this picture? Where are the churches down on their faces? A lost art? I repent for not praying enough myself! I thank you for posting and pressing in. I appreciate Bill and Monica Ruhl as well. If we keep pressing we will see heaven respond. This is not acceptable
