“The Lord shall go forth as a mighty man, He shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: He shall cry, yea, roar; He shall prevail against his enemies.” (Isaiah 42:13)
I am quite certain, that in the hearts of many believers within the bounds of America, there is a worldly rage boiling against tyranny in the camp. But, Beloved Believer is there a holy rage in you? Is there a Spirit-led cry of rage against the forces of evil influencing and controlling our land? If you are genuinely saved, there is; God put it there!
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-6)
Our battles are not of the flesh, though we think we can win in that arena; our continuing war is spiritual and must be fought in the spirit. Also, our warfare is not political, but spiritual. However, our enemy, the devil, has us waging a political war we cannot win to keep us out of the spiritual conflict we can win!
God is forever calling His own to prayer. Stop! Stop! Stop, ignoring the call to prayer! We must fight with the weapons Jesus died to deliver to us. Rise up . . . kneel down . . . fight on! Church, wake up and join the ranks of warrior intercessors. Wake up, Church! Pray On!
