Cut It Loose, Give God Control… 

Today, let’s cut loose areas in our lives that we have no control over.

Jeremiah 7:23 But I gave them this command: Obey me, and I will be your God and you will be my people. Walk in obedience to all I command you, that it may go well with you.

Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Father, thank you that you, oh God, are in control. Today, we release everything that keeps us bound. (relationships, worry, fear, children, future) We cut the cords of control and put our trust in you. Your Word states For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (2Tim 1:12)

Today, we realize not everyone is going to like us and we are not going to agree on every issue. What are our own personal convictions and the way we live our lives according to Your Word will cost us. We cut loose every hindrance and Declare we are on the narrow path of following Jesus. 

Matthew 7:21 states  Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

All across this globe today, let’s be obedient to do the will of our Father. Amen
