Christians ransomed by IS
The Islamic State (IS) terror militia on Monday released the last of a large group of Assyrian Christians it took hostage in northern Syria last year. Church officials admitted that they had paid millions of dollars in ransom money it had received in exchange for the hostages, which analysts said the group badly needs following a recent drying up of their other sources of income. Meanwhile, the major powers announced yet another cease-fire in Syria set to begin Saturday.
