Matthew 9:27 As Jesus went on from there two blind men followed him, calling out have mercy on us Son of David! When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him and he asked them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? Yes Lord, they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, According to your faith let it be done to you and their sight was restored.
It was the words yes Lord and their faith that healed them. It is our words of faith that bring healing and deliverance to our lives.
Romans 10:8 The Word is near you, it is in your mouth and in your heart that is the word of faith we are proclaiming.
Romans 10:10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Just like the blind men they believe though not seeing yet they had faith that Jesus was able to heal, and with that Jesus honor their faith by healing them.
God watches over every word to perform it.
Psalm 107:20 He sent forth his word and healed them.
Your words are your confession, hold on to your confession of faith, your faith will be measured by your words.
Matthew 12:37 For by your words you will be acquitted and by your words you will be condemned.
The wrong confession is the confession of defeat, failure, fear, unbelief, the right confession is I am not afraid, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, by His stripes I am healed, I am filled with joy and victory for God is fighting my battles!
John 6:63 The Words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life.
Hebrews 4:14 Let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.
John 15:7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you ask whatever you wish and it will be given you.
When you speak out the Word of God it will move the hand of God, for there is power in the spoken Word of God. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Words have power when they are God’s words spoken in faith through our lips. Speak his words, his scriptures because the word of God is life. Take your stand on the word of God speak the word an expect results.
Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is flawless he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Psalm 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart .
Isaiah 55:11 So is my word that goes out from my mouth it will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I have desire.
Jeremiah 21:45 Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to the house of Israel failed, every one was fulfilled.
Thank you Lord as I speak out your words of faith over my life I will receive. For I am strong, I am blessed, I am confident, I am successful, I am free, I am loved by you, I am healed. For I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me. Psalm 119:89 Forever O Lord , Your Word is settled in heaven .
