Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong announced in a joint press conference in Jerusalem on Tuesday that their governments have agreed to begin the process of establishing a bilateral free trade agreement. If finalized, a free trade agreement with China could give Israeli companies a massive boost, but the US and EU are expected to oppose the idea.
