Leaders of several Christian churches in Israel issued statements Wednesday condemning the Palestinian Authority and the Islamist terror militia Hamas for failing to take care of recently uncovered archaeological remains of a Byzantine Era church in the Gaza Strip. Some compared the casual bulldozing of the ruins to the way the Islamic State (IS) terror militia routinely destroys non-Moslem heritage sites in areas under its control.
