Reid: Rare procedural tactic an option to move Supreme Court nominee

Democrats say they may force Merrick Garland, President Obamas Supreme Court nominee, onto the Senate floor for a vote with an unusual procedural tactic known as a discharge resolution.
There are many procedural things we can do. Thats one thing we can do. Certainly weve got that in our arrow quiver, to do that and other things, Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid (Nev.) told reporters on Tuesday.
