Seeking God’s Face By Jeanne Theriault
Psalm 27:8 My heart says to you, seek his face, your face Lord I will seek.
The Lord is the answer to all of our fears. He is the source of our confidence. He is the light and our salvation. Seeking the Lord means seeking for His presence for there is fullness of joy. It is seeking with all our heart. Having a close relationship with Christ. Seeking requires us to focus on him for there is a promise of a reward for those who seek him.
Hebrews 11:6 Anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Therefore we need to believe that he exists in order for us to receive the reward. Be committed by seeking him on a daily base. Read the word, study the word, meditate on his promises get to know who He is , in doing so His word will come alive and begin to change our heart and lives.
Surrender all to the Lord and allow him to enter into his perfect plan and destiny for your lives.
Isaiah 55:6 Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on him while he is near.
Psalm 105:4 Look to the Lord and his strength seek his face always.

God will always reveal himself in his word. Seeking God is the conscious effort to get through the natural means to God himself to always set our minds toward God in all our experience and to direct our minds and hearts toward him.
Psalm 119:2 Blessed are they who keep his statues and seek him with all their hearts.
Matthew 7:7 Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find , knock and the door will be opened to you, for everyone who asks receives he who seeks finds and to him who knocks the door will be opened.

Thank you Lord as we take time in seeking your face you will reveal yourself. We come before with a pure heart seeking your presence for there is joy and a blessing to be able to feel your tangible presence. Amen
