I was notified of this report yesterday by dear freinds….we were holding a FGGAM Board meeing…..sadly I am not surprised at this action by APS……it is an island of disgust……..it is a corrupt insitution..there is APS law and then there is the laws the rest of us live by……it acts like it is above the law …..APS has failed…..so many drop outs, so many scandals….There is an extreme disconnect between APS and realaity…..now this ABQ JOURNAL REPORT
