Mountains Be Moved By Jeanne Theriault

Matthew 17:20 I tell you the truth if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can say to this mountain move from here to there and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.

God is bigger than your mountains. We at times may face or deal with some mountains in our lives. There is a relief in knowing that no matter what we face we can be assured that they can be removed. All we need is to have faith in God.

Mark 11:22 Have faith in God Jesus answered, I tell you the truth if anyone says to this mountain go throw yourself into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen it will be done for him.

First you must believe  in your heart and know it will be done then it will happen. You also need to have confidence to trust God to rely on him and not on yourself.

John 14:1 Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God trust also in me.

So what are some of your mountains that you are facing ? Is it difficulties, problems, troubles, burdens, hardship, fear, discouragement, failures, sickness. You need to know who you are in Christ. You need to look towards God in prayer have faith in him to help you with  your mountains in your life.

God is bigger than your mountains , He’s stronger and powerful.

Zechariah 4:7 What are you O mighty mountains? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground.

Speak to your mountain, Jesus promised it will be done

Matthew 21:21 Jesus replied I tell you the truth if you have faith and do not doubt not only can you do what was done to the fig tree but also you can say to this mountain Go throw yourself into the sea and it will be done. 22 If you believe you will  receive whatever  you ask for I prayer.

It will come to pass: Mathew 21:18 Early in the morning as he was on his way back to the city , he was hungry. 19 Seeing a fig tree by the road he went up to it but found nothing on it  except leaves. Then he said to it , May you never bear fruit again! Immediately the tree withered . 20 When the disciples saw this they were amazed. How did the fig tree withered so quickly? they asked 21 Jesus replied I tell you the truth if you have faith and do not doubt not only can you do what was done  to the fig tree but also you can say to this mountain Go throw yourself  into the sea and it will be done. 22 If you believe you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

This is an example that he showed to his disciples, so whatever  issues we face in our lives we need to speak to it and if we believe in our hearts it will be done.

It will obey you

Luke 17:6 If you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can say to this mulberry tree be uprooted and planted in the sea and it will obey you.

And it will move

Matthew 17:20 Nothing will be impossible for you.

It is our responsibility  to speak to our mountains. When we speak out the Word of God he will respond.

Psalm 97:5 The mountains melt like wax before the Lord, before the Lord of all the earth.

1 John 5:14-15 This is the confidence we have in approaching God that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us  15 And if we know that he hears us whatever we ask we know that we have what we asked of him.

Thank you Lord  your are able to do anything that we ask in your name. We believe and receive by faith from you for you are the mountain mover in our lives so therefore I give you thanks and praise! Amen
