Grandpa, I Want to Be Like You…
Today is the last day of June, so let’s pray once again for fathers and grandfathers.
Matthew 6:9-13
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Father, thank you for mercy and grace. Today Father, we thank you for being the best Father any person on this earth could ask for. We praise your Holy name, oh God, and exalt your name, Jesus. We join our faith together today all across this globe that many will come to know the loving Heavenly Father you are.
Today, we declare restoration where there has been pain and offense. May many fathers and grandfathers return to their first love today, Jesus Christ, and allow you to put their lives in order.
We thank you for strengthening of Father’s and Grandfather’s today. They have very important shoes to fill. May they be men of character, integrity and may they lead their families, communities, and the world in the ways of the Lord.
Why? Because God they have children and grandchildren that want to be like them. Help us all to be Godly examples. Amen
