Who Commands Your Destiny?
Father, thank you for commanding our destiny. In you we find our hope, we find our peace, we find our joy, we find everything we need for our daily lives. Our eyes are fixed on your Word as you are watching over it to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:12).
In you and in you alone we stand. Your Word endures forever. You said in Isaiah 24:15 Therefore in the east give glory to the LORD; exalt the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea. We the people of Maine are standing tall on the richness of your Word. For we know the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the Word of our God endures forever. (Isaiah 40:8)
