Happy, Happy Fourth of July!

America, please continue to pray on. America’s freedom came at a great price, it was costly.

So proudly we say the pledge of allegiance with our right hand covering our hearts facing our flag at diverse events all across America. I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

I ponder this morning if this will always be true of America? Are we already losing ground? We say one nation under God and yet we continue to take him out and forget that we are so in need of him every day. So many American people believe that God is not real and that they are their own God. Indivisible, (incapable of being divided) and yet we can’t get people together to combat issues such as homelessness, hunger and poverty. Liberty and Justice for all, now that’s a big one. I pray it will always be so.

Today, so many get offended if you mention God, the one we are all under. We are divided by parties such as Republican, Democrat, and Independent. No matter who wins elections, we are indivisible right?

Oppression is on the rise here in our homeland. We see and hear of issues every day that need intervention. We must do more than put our hands on our hearts and recite the pledge of allegiance, we must do our part. We need to stand for righteousness, truth and not allow anyone to be oppressed.

Americans, can you take a few moments today to reflect and pray? Can you come together and lay down agendas, pretense and offenses? Americans can you look at other people that may look different, dress different, speak different and realize they were created in the same image under the same God.

Can you intervene or support places that assist people that are being treated unjustly? Will you not stand by and watch America lose our allegiance to freedom? Thank you in advance for doing your part.

Truly, may God bless America, we are dearly in need of him. Let’s pray:

Father, thank you today for America. Thank you for every person living in this great nation. From our military, government leaders to our postal workers, pastors and clerks alike, we are all important to you. I thank you today you are the God that sees it all. Everything done in the dark God we thank you for bringing it to light according to your Word (Bible). Every injustice God we petition you to intervene. Lord we thank you for liberty and justice.

Today oh God, we join our faith all across this globe for America the land of the free. We repent of all the wrong choices we Americans have made and for when we turned a deaf ear or eye to injustice.

Today God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob we stand united (are you?) and ask you to turn the tide of America back to you. Thank you in advance for healing our wounded nation. Just as Abraham was a friend of God’s and he believed in you, today we turn our eyes towards You, oh God, where our help cometh. We declare we believe You too. Just like Abraham You credited it to him as righteousness, we ask today on behalf of America you will credit it as righteousness to the account of America. God Bless America. God Bless every reader today and may they do their part.

We join our faith across this globe for people in other countries (will you?) that don’t have the freedom that we enjoy. You are the God of impossibilities and we petition you on their behalf as well.

Today, for the nations we ring the freedom bell. We Believe the same God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and (put your name here) is the creator of the universe and we stand united for His people. The pledge of allegiance for America we so definably speak, we declare it over every nation around this globe. Together we believe.

Isaiah 42:6-7

I am the Lord, I have called you in righteousness, I will also hold you by the hand and watch over you, and I will appoint you as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations, To open blind eyes, to bring prisoners from the dungeon, and those who dwell in darkness from the prison.
