IDF Preparing for Possible Chemical Attacks
The IDF announced this week that it is monitoring the increasingly common use of chemical weapons, primarily by the Islamic State (IS) terror militia and the Assad regime in neighboring Syria and preparing for the possibility of their use against Israel. “It is not a secret that chemical weapons are being used in countries around us – in Iraq and Syria,” said an IDF officer. “It is no longer taboo to use them. We are looking ahead.”
