No America, Not Another Silent Night!

Today, let’s pray for our country once again.

Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

2 Chronicles 7:14  if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Father, we pray for the United States of America. We ask you Oh God, to visit us with the greatest awakening this country has ever known. Not because we deserve it, but because of your great love and mercy for our nation.

Today, we ask you to forgive us for the poor choices and bad decisions that we personally have made. (Are you, tell Him?) We ask forgiveness for bad decisions and poor choices our leaders of this nation have made. Oh God, we ask for forgiveness on behalf of the churches across this nation. Some of your own places that carries your name, doesn’t even recognize that your spirit left a long time ago. They are left with mere religion, filled with rules and regulations, instead of the precious relationship with your son, Jesus Christ.

Thank you for pouring out your spirit on your church once again. Thank you for fresh wind and fresh fire from your throne room.

We ask for the wisdom of Solomon for our leaders today. May they hearken to the voice of the Lord.

We join our faith all across this globe today for America. We ask for forgiveness when we were lethargic and sleeping. We declare and decree there will not be another silent night. We declare today, America has room for our King.  (Do you? please tell Him so.) Amen

Have A Blessed Day, For this is the Day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it.
