Will You Ask With Me?
I loved the book by Ruth Ward Heflin Glory (Experiencing the Atmosphere of Heaven). It has been many years now, I went to a crusade in MA, in which I experienced that atmosphere. It’s hard to put into words what happened at that meeting. This is my interpretation of how it went. The people in the crusade worshipped God and worshipped Him until there was a change, a change in the atmosphere-the Glory.
I was sitting up in the balcony as there were over sixteen thousand people in attendance. I was an usherette at this conference and helped seat people. Many in my section were on oxygen, in wheelchairs, etc. It was during the worship time and this atmosphere of Glory that people were healed. There was nobody laying hands on them during this time, it just happened.
This past week two of the people that were leading some of the worship time at that crusade I attended, was here in Maine-talking about just that-His Glory. We all praised and worshipped God just like at the crusade, and some of the same things happened. Whited Bible Camp in Bridgewater, Maine was filled with His Glory.
I went to church on Sunday morning and my pastor shared about the Glory. She said I think we have a generation that has never experienced His Glory. This is so true.
As Ruth Ward Heflin ended her book with the words and music, I Ask For the Nations, let’s ask Him too.
So today, let’s ask Him and thank Him for His glory. Let’s worship Him today like we have never worshipped Him before. Deep calleth unto deep. Sing this song and ask for your nation and thank Him for it.
Oh Father, thank you for your glory. We are not satisfied in knowing about you, we want to experience you in the glory. God for the generations that haven’t experienced your presence in such a way, draw them to worship you. Pure worship in spirit and in truth until the atmosphere is changed. Thank you for your Glory.
Oh God, we ask you for the nations today. Silver and Gold have I none, but what I have I give unto thee in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. (Acts 3:6) We thank you for the nations today. Thank you for filling the earth with Your glory.
Lord, I ask you for America. Visit America God with the greatest revival this nation has ever experienced. Father, we thank you for the greatest outpouring this nation has ever known.
Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
Revelation 19:5-6 Give praise to our God, all you His bond-servants, you who fear Him, the small and the great.” Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.
Have a Blessed Day Beautiful People, For this is the Day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Worship Him, He is so worthy!
