This will be 5th annual March For Jesus in Albuquerque, NM. Five years ago we had a small band of marchers, one flat bed trailer, one church bus, and a handful of motorcyclists that were allowed by the city to parade down the back streets mostly out of sight from the public. Now, five years later, we have a parade route and a police escort, marching up Broadway from the Cultural Center to Santa Barbara Martinez Park. We will have many churches and ministries from throughout the city participating, with decorated floats, custom cars and motorcycles, church vans and buses, hundreds of marchers, and bands. Let people know what your ministry is doing here in Albuquerque this year by passing out literature and tracts. Join us at Santa Barbara Martinez Park for music, food, ministry, special guest speakers. This year let’s have such a phenomenal turn out that the city will finally give us Central Ave (old Route 66) through the heart of the city in 2017! Contact: Maria at 304-9865 for additional info. Staging starts at 7am for floats, cars, buses, motorcycles at Cromwell and Broadway. Marchers park at the Santa Barbara Martinez Park and be bussed to the starting point between 8-9am.
