Good Morning Beautiful People…Pray For The Harvest

Harvest time is especially beautiful here in Maine. I know we are not supposed to brag, but it is so hard not to when everywhere you look is just beautiful. The leaves are changing colors every day and our mornings arrive now with the fresh morning dew.

John Deere tractors are everywhere and the harvesters will soon be in full gear. A few Maine farmers still employ potatoe pickers.

My first thoughts this morning were on the harvest. I must tell you I love potatoes, but I love souls more. Today, I wanted to encourage you to share your faith. When we have something so valuable, sometimes it is hard to part with. The most valuable gift we have been given has been from the Lord Jesus Christ, and cost us nothing. Let’s share Him with the whole world.

God is not concerned with what you label yourself as far as denomination, He is looking for people to work the harvest. Are you available? Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone and share what you have been given to a hurting world? It cost you nothing, but Him everything. Try it, He empowers you. He said not to worry about what you would say, the Holy Spirit leads and directs. You can do it!

Father, we love the harvest. Thank you for the harvest of souls. Today, may many step in the arena as a soul winner for the kingdom. It’s not about us, but all about you. I pray Father that what we see happening here in Maine now in the natural (harvest) will manifest all across this globe.

Today, may many step in deeper waters and share their faith. Draw men unto yourself Father as only you can. God of the harvest be God of Maine today. Name your state and ask Him for your state’s harvest.

Have a blessed day beautiful people. Let’s continue to share our faith and thank Him for the harvest.

Matthew 9:35-38 Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
