Spiritual warriors walk in the power of praising God, before seeing any evidence. You can offer thanksgiving with such confidence because of who God is. He is faithful, Holy, and just. His Word says that He is the Rock and his works are perfect and just .
Deuteronomy 32:3 I will proclaim the name of the Lord, Oh praise the greatness of our God! 4 He is the Rock his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong upright and just is he .
When you give praise to God you affirm his power and victory over every circumstances. God receives the glory our faith is increased and the enemy is terrified and his plans are confounded.
The Lord told Jehoshaphat not to be afraid or discouraged because of the vast army that was coming against them for the battle was not his but God’s. Jehoshaphat told the people to have faith in God to give him thanks and worship him .
2 Chronicles 20:22 As they began to sing and praise , the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah and they were defeated.
The enemy knows the power of praise he will try to discourage you. But when God’s people come into his presence with thanksgiving and praise then warfare is waged against our enemies our battles are won by the supernatural power of God The enemy has no chance of winning against people who are consumed with praising God for their victory !
Praise is a declaration and victory cries proclamation faith to stand firm in the place God has given you. Declare that you will not be moved by the enemies attempts, declare that you will stand strong and you will praise God at all times, for God inhabits the praises of his people.
Hebrews 13:15 Through Jesus therefore let us continually offer God a sacrifice of praise the fruit of the lips that confess his name.
God in all his fullness inhabits and dwells in our praises
Psalm 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Praise and worship is a prayer of the heart it is having intimacy with God. He knows every battle that you face. Present your request to God with thanksgiving
Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests to God , And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
For no matter what you face the answer is in the arms of God.
Psalm 138:2 I will bow down toward your holy temple and I will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness for you have exalted above all things your name and your word. When I call you answer me you made me bold and stouthearted.
He has promised you his name and his Word, so lets praise Him!1 Chronicles 16:9-11 Sing to him, sing praise to him tell of all his wonderful acts. Glory in his holy name let the hearts of those seek the Lord rejoice!
