Father, thank you for being our deliverer. In Psalm 18:2 it says The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Thank you for being the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world according to 1 John 2:2.
From the rising of the sun to its setting, your name will be great among the nations according to Malachi 1:11. Thank you for being great in our nation, oh God. Thank you for pouring out your spirit once again.
In Colossians 1:16 Your Word tells us that by You all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through You and for You. We keep our eyes fixed on You and Your Word.
Today, all across this globe, people can call on Your name and You will show Yourself strong as their deliverer. Amen
