Tune in today at 9 A.M. as New Mexico Alliance for Life live streams a news conference announcing a game changing breakthrough resulting from our year long investigation of Southwestern Women’s Options late-term abortion business and University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. A victim of the abortion industry has come forward and will share her story. The news conference is open to the public and will take place at 9 A.M. Monday, December 5, 2016 at the University of New Mexico Student Union Building, Plaza Atrium (downstairs). In the meantime, the Washington Post highlighted scandal-ridden University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center’s despicable practice of partnering with the late-term abortion business to experiment on babies and Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s investigation of the practice.
Additionally, the Albuquerque Journal and KRQE reported that 25 New Mexico Legislators are appealing to UNM Regent President, Rob Doughty, in response to Congress’ 291-page criminal referral documenting violations of state and federal law.
The lawmakers are calling on UNM to end UNM HSC’s relationship with any outside abortion businesses including SWWO. They are also demanding accountability into the University’s involvement abortion advocacy and its lack of cooperation with federal investigators. Read more here.
Politico is also reporting that as a result of the election, we now have our best chance ever to stop taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood, which is also engaging in harvesting of unborn babies for their lungs, livers and other parts.
