US Court Orders Syria and Iran to Pay Family of Murdered Israeli-American
The US District Court in Washington DC issued a ruling this week ordering the government of Iran and the Assad regime in Syria to pay $178.5 million to the family of an Israel—American dual citizen who was murdered in a terrorist attack in Jerusalem in 2014. The victim, 3-month old Chaya Zissel Braun, was killed by Palestinian terrorist Abdel Rahman Shaludi, later identified as an operative of the Islamist terror militia Hamas, which has received extensive material support from the Assad regime and the clerical regime in Iran.
