Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a covert operation designed to undermine American democracy, according to the declassified version of a long-awaited U.S. intelligence report released Friday. The report also says Russia sought to ‘denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency.’
