Move to Legalize Marijuana in New Mexico is Voted Down in Committee

PRAISE GOD! So very thankful that legalized pot has hit a roadblock in Santa Fe! The latest attempt to add New Mexico to the ranks of states that have legalized recreational marijuana was stopped Monday in a House panel at the Roundhouse, when four Democrats joined with the committee’s five Republicans to table the measure. With uncertainty about whether President Trump will shift federal policy and crack down on states that have legalized recreational pot, some lawmakers expressed concern about legalizing recreational marijuana    ABQ Journal Report
