I asked one of my mentors, Pastor Richard Mansfield of New Beginnings Church in Albuquerque, to pray for all us us during this Easter season……
God bless you my brother. I pray that you and Sharon have an amazing weekend celebrating God’s love for us. Thank you for aligned me to take part in FGGAM.
Our Father, words are hard to find to say thank You for all that You have completed through the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! As millions of Christians gather around the world to celebrate this Easter Season, we celebrate the new life that You have provided for each one of us through Your son Jesus Christ, we give You praise for the perfect plan of salvation that You have provided. We realize that Easter is not really a holiday for religious people, but rather a holiday for Christians to reach out to a lost and dying world so that they might come to know the resurrected Savior. It is my prayer that millions of people will come to a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ this weekend. I am praying that Christians throughout the world will invite their friends and even complete strangers to join them in experiencing the resurrection power of Jesus Christ over our lives. I especially pray for America, our country, that we would continue to declare that we are One Nation Under God. Might we truly live up to that phrase, and follow God’s blueprint for our lives within this country. Bless our President, his Family and Administration as well as the Senate, Congress and the Supreme Court. Give them Your wisdom and understanding as they lead our country into greatness. We pray Your blessing over governor Susanna Martinez as well as all of our State and Local Leaders, that they might work together to advance New Mexico into a new and greater level of living. Thank You for all that You have done and provided for us through Your son Jesus Christ. We thank You, we love You and commit to continue to follow You all the days of our life. In Jesus Christ name I pray, Amen!
Thank you Pastor Richard. May you and Cindy (pictured above) and your entire congregation be blessed. We love you all!
Happy Resurrection Sunday!
