The Scepter Has Been Extended…
On Monday evening, I met with two friends to pray. We have been getting together to pray for many years now. We served together on the board of Aglow International and God knit our hearts together to pray for the nations. Beth played this song Take Me To The King and Robin reminded us how God called us to fast and pray. She spoke about the Haman spirit and the feast of Purim- a reminder of God’s faithfulness to His people. (A preacher she is.)
Yesterday, I was looking for some material I had packed away. I wanted to review it as I prepared for a speaking opportunity. I came across my copy of an interview with these two ladies entitled The Scepter of Esther. I had aired this broadcast several years ago on my radio broadcast Destiny Moments here in Northern Maine and Western New Brunswick, Canada. I sense it is time to air it once again.
We have faithfully went before the King to ask for deliverance for the people in our nation (s). One thing we can say, God is faithful. Abortion is not America’s portion. He has heard the Esther’s crying out and He is delivering us from this evil. We thank God today that life was His idea.

Psalm 139: For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you.
Father, thank you for hearing the many prayers that were prayed on behalf of the unborn. It does not matter what we think or what we know, what matters is what Your Word says. Life matters to You, it was Your idea. Thank You for all the Esther’s you raised up for such a time as this.
God for the women that bought the lie, there is no condemnation. The love of their Father will make them whole again. He will remove their shame, their guilt and use them to bring others to the same healing waters- the healing waters of Jesus Christ. To that we all must say, Amen.
Have a blessed day beautiful people. Read the book of Esther today and thank God for His faithfulness.
