The Trump administration late Thursday asked the Supreme Court to reconsider its travel ban that would block citizens from six Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S.
The administration appealed a previous decision by the 4th Circuit upholding a halt to the ban. In it’s appeal filing to the Supreme Court, the Trump administration asks the nine justices to reconsider the legality of Trump’s executive order.
