The Albuquerque Journal is reporting this morning that Presbyterian Healthcare Services Officials are denying allegations in a lawsuit filed by New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas. Officials tell the ABQ JournaL they were blindsided by the action of the Attorney General. ABQ Journal Report
