I love getting notes from Pat Dunnick of Windom, Minnesota! I got to know her and her hubby Butch last August during the Windom Revival! This year Pat will be one of our speakers at Windom Revival 2017! I love this not from Pat about having two sons in ministry……it rings so true!

Good morning, I know you are very busy in the morning, but wanted you to know that we are in Stillwater,Minn helping with our son’s family, while he is YOUTH SPEAKER at GRINDSTONE CAMP this week. Being in a Pastor’s home, is different than other homes, and we have the privilege of 2 son’s in the ministry. And we have been blessed to help them at different times. Schedules are at all times, and their children are used to the FLOW ! But they do need an extra driver and car…extra child care, extra repairman, ect. And we are blessed to help! So no prayer meeting today…but GOD IS WORKING IN CAMPS ALL OVER, KIDS ATE RECEIVING CHRIST, REDEDICATING THEIR LIVES BACK TO JESUS..HEARING FROM GOD A CALLING ON THEIR FUTURE, LEARNING HOW IMPORTANT EACH ONE IS TO GOD THE FATHER, HOW THEY CAN WALK WORTHY OF HIS CALLING ,WHEN THEY GO BACK, AND LOVING AND SUPPORTING EACH OTHER IN THEIR FAITH…ECT… The newspapers cover a lot of negatives….but in HEAVEN ANGELS ARE REJOICING OVER THESE SINNER’S BEING SAVED!! Enjoy this new day from the LORD!

More Windom News Here It was announced late this spring that native son, Dewey Moede, would be returning to Windom for a second revival. His first was held last August and his second will be held over Veterans Day Weekend, Nov. 10-11.
Dewey called last week and then again on Monday to share with me some of the speakers, musicians and people involved with this year’s event.
For starters, Nita Killebrew, the wife of late Minnesota Twins slugger Harmon Killebrew, will be speaking at the revival in November. She will be sharing her testimony and no doubt a few tidbits about the Twins Hall-of-Famer.
Dewey and the Killebrews became friends before Harmon’s death and now Dewey has stayed in contact with Nita. Nita agreed to come to Windom to share what the Lord has done in her life as well as how He touched Harmon.
Dewey also said that the revival will be an opportunity to honor Gene and Margaret Duerksen of Delft. The Duerksen family has long been involved in ministry and for many years spoke, sang and shared their talents and testimonies through their own Maranatha Ministries.
The Duerksens’ daughter, Lynn Stoneking, an accomplished Christian singer/songwriter, also will share during the Saturday night gathering of the revival.
A couple of others returning for the weekend include Windom’s own Pat Fisher on the piano and Shari Hardaway Johnson on the violin. A harp player is also scheduled to be a part of the worship team.
Dewey already has a name for this revival: “Blessed Are the Peacemakers Revival.” The revival will return to the BARC Auditorium.
These are just a few of the details that already have been arranged. Watch for more details here as they become available.
