Time flies by so fast! We hear this statement a lot….and it seems truer every day. Here it is almost time for school to start and it feels like it just ended. Where did the summer go? Maybe it’s because we get older that time seems to move so quickly. I hope so and I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer so far.
Speaking of how time flies….it has been two years since I started writing for FGGAM and Pastor Dewey. I love how God puts people together and uses us to bless each other while we serve Him. Although we’ve never met ( he is in New Mexico and I am in Indiana), thanks to a mutual friend, we were able to connect and FGGAM has become an important part of my life.
I am so thrilled to see the progress FGGAM has made just since I joined them. The podcasts along with all the articles from the other writers often are just what I need to get me through the day with a positive attitude. The uplifting words and hearing how God is working in the lives of His people should give us all hope for a better future.
Along with uplifting articles we also get the latest headline news stories….something we all need to keep up on with all the conflict our country is faced with at present. North Korea is threatening nuclear attacks, Isis is still a huge threat everywhere and our President and Congress cannot agree. So many issues of dire importance and so glad to get a Christian prospective on what we, God’s people, need to be doing about some of them….besides praying of course.
So thankful that FGGAM is doing well and continuing to grow as it has just turned five years old! What a great accomplishment! I’m sure God will continue to bless as Pastor Dewey and everyone working with him continues to spread the message of salvation through faith in Jesus and as always gives the glory to God alone. Wishing everyone involved a Happy Birthday and praying God’s continued blessings as another year begins.
Ephesians 3: 20-21 Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages…Amen
