He hit me hard on my left side, my ribs, shoulder and neck bothered me in the second game. The runner was called for interference, he apologized for charging into the base. My teammates have been praying for me and I awoke feeling no pain! PTL!

Here are a few more letters of testimonial as we celebrate God’s greatness!!!

Donate Here to FGGAM Thanks be to God for what He has done through you and Sharon on the 5th anniversary of FGGAM’s launching. God is doing marvelous things through you in bringing the message of God’s love to New Mexico. He has expanded FGGAM’s ministry far beyond New Mexico’s borders and into Windom. MN. (our boyhood home), Worthington, MN and into Indiana.

Along with the powerful FGGAM ministry which God has ordained, He has also seen fit to bring us back together as friends and brothers in Christ. for which I am very grateful.
Again, congratulations and may God continue to richly bless you and keep you.
Your brother in Christ
Jim Hofflander

Jim stopped by the KKIM radio studios in Albuquerque to meet up with me after many years! This was about 7 or 8 years ago! Jim’s Dad was a teacher in Windom, Minnesota, our hometown and I was telling Jim that his Dad, Robert Hofflander, had given me and F in science on year!
We both had a roaring laugh over that!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to FGGAM on five years of serving the Lord and His people!

FGGAM is a ministry of encouragement in Jesus’ name to all who read or listen to the daily posts. We have known Dewey Moede since growing up together in our hometown of Windom, Minnesota. We are proud of him for following the Lord’s call and doing His work in His power.

I (Marilyn) have been blessed by having these messages available, especially during a time when I was home recovering from surgery. FGGAM is also always ready and willing to pray for you and your concerns. Our church choir’s Christmas and Easter worship services have been shared on the Facebook page of FGGAM.

We have been honored to become financial contributors. We are thankful FGGAM is making an eternal difference in people’s lives.

Thank you,

Milt and Marilyn Hagen in Cloquet, Minn.

God Bless you Milt and Marilyn for your faithfulness and love!!! Sharon and I so much value your friendship! I have such great memories of you both and your families! We love you all more than you know!

Dewey Moede, or as I like to refer to him as coach, has been in my life for the past 20 years.  When I was fresh out of college the coach gave me my first job as a sales executive at 1050 KNML “The Sports Animal” in Albuquerque, New Mexico way back in 1997.  I wasn’t the best account manager but the coach never gave up on me.  That support was something I dearly needed at that time in my life and I always will remember his kindness.  Time and different paths have separated us for many years but thanks to the ministry I have been able to reconnect with him and my life is all the better for it.  Dewey’s Daily Cup is a refreshing and enjoyable message of hope and love that is a welcome and enlightening part of my week.  Thank you so much for the messages of hope in these trying times.

Names of God
by Joni Eareckson Tada
“Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name. Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.”
1 Chronicles 16:8, 10-11
When God invites us to call on His name, we should never be at a loss as to which name to use. I call the Lord my Shepherd and Friend during those times when God’s tenderness melts my heart and I cry to think how rich and full His love is.
Then there are times when I’m battling pride or wasting hours in daydreams. That’s when God’s Word slices through my sinfulness. It stings. His hand seems heavy. That’s when I call the Lord my Refiner, my Purifier.
There are times when I feel helpless and frightened, when no one, not even my husband or best friend, seems to understand. I hide under the shelter of His wings. I snuggle safely in the cleft of the Rock. These are times when I call God my Tower, my High Fortress.
When it comes to God, one name just isn’t enough. And because Scripture is full of different names for Him, we can always know exactly how to relate to our Lord, whether we fall to our knees in awesome respect, or climb up in His lap to be held in His arms.
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe” (Proverbs 18:10).
Herman Bavnick said, “Fire does not change whether it warms or illumines or burns. In the same way, in addressing God, we use His various names because of the various effects of His unchanging Essence upon us.” Dig through Scripture to find that name of God that best expresses your heart. He is your Rock. The Door. A Wall of Fire. Your Bread and Water. Your King and your Friend.
Your name is wonderful. How I love the name of Jesus!
Blessings,
Joni and Friends
