Thanks to the Albuquerque Journal for this report, another great job of reporting. Tim Keller and Dan Lewis where the top two candidates in the October 3rd city election, with Keller getting 39 percent and Lewis getting nearly 23 percent. But because no candidate walked away with 50 percent, Lewis and Keller will now go head-to-head in a November 14th runoff. Early voting starts this Wednesday.
