Lord, we marvel at all of the beautiful hot air balloons that fill the skies of Albuquerque. The brilliant colors and diverse shapes remind us of just how intricately made we are by Your righteous hand. Thank You for Your love and grace. You call us Your masterpiece. I pray that as people look up into the sky, that they will remember where where comes our help. As Your say in Psalm 121, our help comes from the Lord. Let us be remembered need of the great diversity that makes up mankind as we see all of the different shapes, sizes and colors of the balloons. Let us be reminded that just as the balloons need to be inflated with the hot air of the flame of the blower, that we too are empty and lifeless vessels until we receive the breathe of life from our Holy God as we receive Christ as our savior. Let Albuquerque be the very best hosts to the hundreds of thousands that will attend this year’s event. Keep everyone safe both in the air and on the ground from all harm and danger. Keep Your hedge of protection over us all. Help us create an environment of life and celebration through New Mexico as visitors and tourists enjoy our beautiful New Mexico. I pray all these things in Jesus name, Amen!
