Morning Inspiration: Then one of the teachers of religious law said to
him, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.” But Jesus replied,
“Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man
has no place even to lay his head.” Matthew 8:19-20
Once He began His ministry, Jesus was basically homeless! He relied on
the kindness of others for even the most basic things like food &
shelter. Yet Jesus never hesitated of worried, because He trusted His
Heavenly Father completely. Those who wanted to follow Jesus, had to
commit to a life of simplicity, & earthly uncertainty. However,
personally witnessing His miracles, hearing His words & literally
walking with Jesus showed them they would be cared for. They also
became absolutely confident of their future in eternity, with God
Himself. Thousands of years later, the same is true for you! Stop
worrying about having/getting you what you think you require. Learn to
trust in Jesus, to give you what you truly desire.
