I am very, very sorry to report that Pat passed away this afternoon in Sioux Falls. Please pray for her hubby Mike and son Michael and the girls at the office and all of Pat’s family. Pat will be missed by so many people, she is loved by many.

She lived a life that was such an awesome testimony to us all. Sharon and I will miss her so very much.

From Pat’s son Michael…….

Today has been the worst day of my life! I never thought that I would have to deal with the loss of a parent this early. My mother was the most important person in my life. I don’t know how I will be able to make it without her. We were very close! She is no longer suffering and was able to go peacefully this afternoon. Appreciate everyone’s concerns and prayers. My family needs it during this difficult time. I love you so much Mom! You meant everything to me!!

I posted this today…………..

Our friend Pat Fisher, I say that because Pat is a friend to so many, hundreds, perhaps thousands. She remains our friend, her address has just changed to heaven. Pat’s light for JESUS shined so brightly here on earth.

It is hard right now to beleive that she has left us for heaven. She loved watching videos I would send her of our doggies, Reno and Daisy. Pat loved them. She loved God’s creation. She showed all people the love of JESUS. Such a caring heart.

When I was in Windom for the Revival this year I saw her in action at the eye clinic, Fisher Eye Care Clinic. A lady came in crying and wanted to see Pat. This elderly lady was having problems with her glasses and her husband was very sick. Pat consoled her and fixed her glasses. We prayed over this lady.

I told Pat and her hubby Dr. Mike, that they have more than an awesome eye clinic, they have a ministry. They love on people and their son Michael, who examined my eyes, and staff are so very caring. Windom is blessed to have the Fisher’s.

Pat has blessed thousands by playing the piano at weddings, funerals, revivals and other events. She has been with people during the happiest times and the saddest times of their lives, a true servant of our LORD.

I remember seeing Pat wave goodbye to me when I was preparing to leave Windom in 1978 to go to Brown College, then known as Brown Institute, for radio and TV. In 2016 my Dear friend Paul Dokken suggested to me to contact Pat and ask her to play the piano at the Revival in August of 2016 in Windom.

It was the start of a Godly relationship with Pat and Mike, we have become such great friends in our LORD.

One of the main things I learned from Pat was to always show the love of JESUS! This is the verse that the LORD showed me about Pat’s life.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another:
just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.

By this all people will know that you are my disciples,
if you have love for one another.

John 13:34-35

Pat shined the light and love of JESUS to all…..through her loving smile and loving heart and her music.

We are all better people of God from knowing Pat.

God Bless the memory of Pat Fisher.

Please continue to pray for Mike and Michael and the staff at Fishers Eye Clinic. God Bless you all.

Below is what I posted upon hearing of Pat’s fall………

*******************************************************************

Please pray for my friend Pat Fisher of Windom, Minnesota. Pat and her hubby Mike, have become such AWESOME friends in our LORD! Pat played the piano for the 2016 and 2017 Windom Revival. Pat sure plays the piano for God’s Glory Alone!

Yesterday Pat took a fall and suffered a head injury. Mike asks for your prayers for Pat. He thanks the Cottonwood County Sheriffs Department and the Windom Ambulance and the snow plow crew that enabled the First Responders to get to the house.

It also took a state plow to lead the Windom ambulance to the Worthington Hospital and then Pat was transferred by airplane to Sioux Falls.

Please keep Pat and Mike and their son Mike in your prayers.

We are in constant prayer for healing, strength and peace for the Fisher’s, in JESUS name, AMEN!

The Fisher’s are such a Godly family, who spread the light of JESUS to all!

What I have learned from Pat and Mike is to love in Jesus, they have modeled that for me since I got reacquainted with them in 2016. The verse that comes to mind when I think of them is this…….

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another:
just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.

By this all people will know that you are my disciples,
if you have love for one another.

John 13:34-35
