Good greetings to you today from NC! It is so good to be joining you today on For God’s Glory Alone Ministries again! Dewey and I talked about me posting daily inspirations; as the Lord enables; and I hope this is a blessing to you Today! Would you respond?
I took this picture on my way home yesterday in my rear view. Many people ask me, what do I do; and I believe I have a post to share with you soon about that, but today as the Lord guides … Don’t we all have days that are just particularly difficult?
Yesterday, and perhaps you can relate, everything was a struggle! Every detail of every thing was a struggle to be successful at, but I am proud in the Lord that I was successful at the end of this day.
However, I missed the beautiful day that the Lord had made outside -Or, did I ? He saved the best for last; and I did see what the Lord had done! I stopped to appreciate this picture of glory in the sky; and I can hear the whisper of the Lord’s Voice telling me to tell you, He loves you too!
I could write about, the thoughts we can have as we pass through difficult things, like why me? Why today? Why is this happening? Don’t we all face struggles through this life? But sometimes, and in Christ always … our suffering is for the greater reward of faith! Either we have something to learn about our self; or we have something to overcome by faith! And, I have learned that where there is suffering, Satan is trying to stop us from gaining the greater, but GOD calls us to persevere and Press on!
Let’s go to the Word of God as the Holy Spirit enabled me to compose this post for us all to be blessed by the reading and hearing of God’s Word. I will be careful NOT to tell you how to hear it, but to encourage you to hear the Voice of the Lord read it to you in your Spirit; and to be encouraged that God is For you! God is With you! And, Thank you Jesus, To God be the Glory, God is In you, when your faith is placed in the life of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord!

WHO IS wise & understanding among the believers?
Could we say Who shows evidences of God’s activity thru Self-Control?
“BUT IF you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do NOT boast & BE false TO THE truth.
“Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder & every evil practice.

“BUT THE wisdom from above IS FIRST pure, THEN peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
James 3:13 NIV
“Christ has freed us so that we may enjoy the benefits of freedom.
“Therefore, be firm ⌊in this freedom⌋, and don’t become slaves again.
“The Lord gives me confidence that you will not disagree with this.
“However, the one who is confusing you will suffer God’s judgment regardless of who he is.
“You were indeed called to be free, brothers & sisters. Don’t turn this freedom into an excuse for your corrupt nature to express itself.
“Rather, serve each other through love.
“BUT IF YOU criticize and attack each other, be careful that you don’t destroy each other.
“Let me explain further.
“LIVE YOUR life AS YOUR SPIRITUAL NATURE DIRECTS YOU.
“THEN you will never follow through on what your corrupt nature wants.
Galatians 5:1, 10-10, 13, 15-16
HOW can we be sure we are following God’s WISDOM?
By examining our heart & mind thru God’s Word.
“WHAT your corrupt nature WANTS IS contrary TO WHAT your spiritual nature wants, & what your spiritual nature wants is CONTRARY to what your corrupt nature wants. THEY ARE OPPOSED TO EACH OTHER.
“As a result, you don’t always do what you intend to do.
Galatians 5:17 GW
“BUT THE spiritual nature produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. …If we live by our spiritual nature, then our lives NEED TO conform to our spiritual nature.
We CAN’T ALLOW OURSELVES to act arrogantly & to provoke OR envy…(Gal 5:22-26).”
