The ART project is a disaster for taxpayers! The City has a $40 million Dollar deficit and no money to hire police officers!

The City of Albuquerque on has confirmed there is an ongoing review of the controversial Albuquerque Rapid Transit project. We call it a White Elephant!
The review, being done by city Inspector General David Harper, is examining the project.
Someone must look out for the people! Some businesses closed because of the construction mess that ART created. What was the former administration and city council thinking? The City is in financial trouble. It is one of the reasons Mayor Keller cannot hire more police officers.
